About the event
A brilliant opportunity for our emergent leaders in Derby - so 20s to 30s - to debate the employment environment.
Positioned around the lens of 'Meritocracy', come and discuss with peers the employment market in Derby, how you feel about the career pathways available, how easy it is to progress and whether things like the glass ceiling or Ai are positively or negatively impacting.
An opportunity for you as the youth driving the future of our city to engage with the city leader.
