Healing House is our gentlest Daybreaker session, soundtracked by the uplifting, feel-good music of Lincoln Jesser. Think chilled electronic beats, positive energy and a welcoming space to breathe, move, enjoy your coffee and start Monday feeling grounded.
There's no pressure to dance. Some people will move, some will chat, some will simply soak up the atmosphere with a coffee in hand. However you choose to spend your morning, Healing House is about beginning the week feeling lighter than when you arrived.
